    Coös Functional Fitness Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting

    Join the Northern Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce in welcoming Coös Functional Fitness to the local business community!

    Owned by Tarken Chase, Coös Functional Fitness offers a 24/7 open gym option along with CrossFit-style classes. Tarken brings 25 years of fitness experience and 20 years as a gym owner, including 13 years operating a CrossFit gym.

    Celebrate their Grand Opening on Saturday with:

    • Free demo classes at 9:00 and 10:30 AM (please sign up)

    • BBQ to follow around noon

    • Giveaways and free samples

    • Chamber ribbon cutting from 12:30–1:00 PM

    Beginning August 31, classes will be offered Monday through Friday at 4:30 and 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM, with more classes to come as interest grows and additional coaches are added.
