Northern Gateway Chamber Earth Day Bag Challenge

Thank You for Helping Clean Up Our Region—One Bag at a Time!

The Northern Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce’s annual Earth Day Bag Challenge encourages community members to help remove litter from neighborhoods, roadsides, trails, parks, and other outdoor spaces throughout our region.

The 2025 challenge has ended, and submissions are now closed. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our communities cleaner!

How the Challenge Works

During the challenge period, participants collect litter in their neighborhood or favorite outdoor space and take a photo with each filled 13-gallon trash bag.

Each submitted photo counts as one raffle entry, so the more bags collected and submitted, the more chances participants have to win prizes.

Winners are selected at random following the conclusion of the challenge.
