A Holiday Scavenger Hunt Across the North Country
The Northern Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring back the 4th Annual Reindeer Games for the 2026 holiday season!
The Reindeer Games are a festive, community-wide scavenger hunt designed to encourage holiday shopping throughout the North Country while celebrating our local businesses.
Participants visit Chamber member businesses in search of hidden Reindeer Games gift tags, discovering new shops, restaurants, and holiday gifts along the way. Businesses enjoy increased exposure, shoppers have fun exploring the region, and everyone helps support local during the busiest shopping season of the year.

Be part of one of the Chamber's favorite holiday traditions while showcasing your business to hundreds of local shoppers and visitors.

How It Works
The Chamber provides each participating business with an official Reindeer Games gift tag to display on one item in your business.
Participants search for the tagged item, submit their answers for points, and continue visiting businesses throughout the region.
Business registration, participation details, and important dates for the 2026 event will be announced this fall.
For Participants
The Reindeer Games are a fun way to explore local businesses while checking off your holiday shopping list.
How to Play
Visit participating Chamber businesses throughout the region.
At each location, look for the hidden Reindeer Games gift tag displayed on one special item.
Once you find it:
- Identify the item associated with the tag.
- Submit your answer through the official event entry form.
- Earn bonus points for taking a photo with the item.
- Visit as many participating businesses as you can to collect points and improve your chances of winning.
Please leave all Reindeer Games tags where you find them so everyone has the opportunity to participate.
The official 2026 rules, entry forms, participating businesses, prizes, and event dates will be posted here before the games begin.
Prizes
Participants will compete for festive prize baskets featuring products, gift cards, and experiences donated by participating Chamber businesses.
Additional prizes and giveaways may be announced throughout the event.
