    Job Description
    The Town of Lancaster is currently seeking applications and resumes from qualified individuals to fill a position within the Town’s Highway Department as a laborer/truck driver/equipment operator.  This position requires: 
    • Possession of high school diploma or equivalent;
    • Valid NH operator driver’s license and a class B-CDL;
    • Knowledge and ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment;
    • One year experience in operating a plow truck w/wing, preferred;
    • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor;
    • Ability to pass physical and drug tests as necessary.
     Overtime and weekend call-ins are expected, especially during winter months.  Prospective candidates will be given an equipment operator’s test prior to final job offer.
